• Identifying, creating and nurturing partnerships with relevant Government departments, local and international NGOs, farmer’s cooperatives, finance institutions and relevant stakeholders that accelerate growth in the region.• Actively create awareness and promote Moneymaker products and services through demonstrations and training. • Responsible for the effective management and leadership of the field/sales officers in the region including but not limited to coaching, training, expenses, mentoring and appraisal.• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KickStart’s activities, finances and social impacts. • Responsible for the establishment and achievement of the annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives including sales targets for the region in conformity with the Country overall plan and commitment to donors.• In consultation with the National Sales Manager, formulation and implementation of all sales policies, practices and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of sales results and all supporting objectives in the region.• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and works closely with the sales team and management staff to improve the quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement in the region.• Monitors the efficiency of our distribution system and the performance of our dealer network and distributors and makes recommendations for improvement in the region.• Ensure that enabling technologies, including the Hot prospect SMS interact system, CRM, etcare implemented in the region. • Prepare training materials and train potential partners for the adoption of Moneymaker irrigations pumps in their region.• In consultation with the National Sales Manager, establishes sales strategies for their region as well as for specific customers.• Prepare, attend and make presentations to promote KickStart mission and agricultural water management solutions in their region.
