Asap Program

-Serve as liaison between administrative team and the advisement team-Schedule, attend and lead monthly meetings with advisors and administrators -Support the development of projects regarding advisement processes -Report to advisors on initiatives and proposals for approval -Promote student and advisor engagement activities -Submit supply needs of the advisors each semester/year -Submit advisor proposed activity at the beginning of each semester (e.g. open houses etc.) to inform budget projections -Support team building and professional development activities for advisors

Asap Program

-Provide academic advisement to a caseload of over 150 students through degree completion-Serve on various committees designed to discuss, develop and improve retention, recruitment and onboarding for new students as well as new employees -Supports annual recruitment of students-Organizes periodic special events and programs for students, faculty and staff-Conducts monthly workshops on topics of relevance and interest-Establish and maintain cohort files and database entry.-Work collaboratively with students to identify various struggles in order provide referrals to appropriate campus support services.-Review and update student progression while also tracking student use of academic support services-Collaborate with various faculty, other college staff as well as other College Institutions as needed to support student success-Maintains accurate tracking data and notes for each assigned student, recommending appropriate referrals and opportunity programs
