Throughout my career I was very consistent utlizing my leadership to overcome all obstacles and drive outstanding results, regardless of the business climate. I consistently produced phenomenal results on all customer service and associate morale measures. As District Specialty Captain I aligned all of the specialty sales assistant managers across the district with Divisional, Regional and District priorities. I created and facilitated all specialty training across the district and created excitement around all contests and promos. The one aspect of my tenure with The Home Depot that I am most proud of was teaching and training my team and seeing associates have the opportunity to further their careers and help them on their way to realizing their dreams. Through my tutiledge I have seen 8 department supervisors promoted to ASM and 21 hourly associates promoted to Department Supervisor. My time with The Home Depot was an incredible journey.
