Product Owner for the Lilly implementation of the Shared Investigator Platform (SIP). I serve as a key subject matter expert for the system implementation for clinical site evaluation, selection and maintenance using SIP. I also serve as Lilly's representative for core releases, and I am actively engaged with the adoption of SIP by clinical sites with the partnership of the vendor and other pharmaceutical sponsors.I have served as the Lilly representative for the development of the TransCelerate BioPharma Shared Investigator Platform (SIP). I am not only accountable for the integration of the SIP into Lilly's current clinical operations business process, but also, I have also been a key individual in the documenting and testing of the requirements of the core product. From 2012-2015, I served as the global system owner for the CRM application, developed on the Salesforce.com platform to manage, evaluate and select research investigators for clinical trials. I lead a team responsible for system improvements to this application, including the roll-out of the system in the Asia Pacific and Eastern European regions, streamlining the process for site evaluation, and enabling the use of the application on iPads.

This role is responsible for: enabling business effectiveness by identifying opportunities to leverage technology, process or information; developing IT business cases; defining IT requirements; ensuring adoption of IT solutions; and maximizing the IT investment

Accountable for supervising a team that was responsible for the delivery of the IT portfolio for US Medical organization. IT solutions delivered included a web portal for the US Medical organization using MS SharePoint, an electronic channel that allowed medical professionals to answer medical questions through a self-service solution, and the delivery of a CRM solution for clinical investigators.

Supervised a team of 8 IT professionals. Managed a team responsible for the support and delivery of IT solutions for the Human Resources Department (primarily compensation and benefits).

The Shared Investigator Platform (SIP) is an initiative to streamline the interactions between Clinical Researchers and Pharma companies. I partnered with Cognizant Technical Services (SIP System's integrator) and other Solutions Delivery Partners to: Implement continuous improvement of the management of SIP Production Support issues; facilitate the identification and disposition of production support issues with SIP Release Leaders and TransCelerate SIP Program Leadership; Improve planning for production support in future SIP Releases; and, Implement a holistic, streamlined approach to SIP Production Support.
