Roles included: New Machine Installations Machine Relocations Process Instruction for Hot Foil Stamping, Pre-Make Ready, Zero-Point Patching Procedure, Die Cutting, Stripping and Blanking. In-Depth machine inspections w/detailed reporting Process Improvement Conduction of Customer Introduction and Closing meetings of Power Point Presentations within an Executive setting for Management.

Responsible for the Training up of existing and new employees within Operations of the Gietz and Bobst equipment both in Production and Operator Maintenance.Also responsible for all Maintenance interventions and repairs of the department.During this role I was also subject to many different temporary fill-in roles across the entire bindery platform as the company experienced some growing pains within expansion and was in dire need to fill these rolls from day to day based upon customers needs.

Daily operations of Hot Foil Stamping (flat), Combination Stamping, Embossing, Die Cutting, Kiss Cutting, Scoring, Perfing, Stripping and Blanking across Gietz and Bobst machine platforms.
