Current•Senior Fire Officer serving as the Assistant Chief of Training for the U.S. Air Force’s busiest Fire Department consisting of 9 fire stations across 3 separate installations with the responsibility of protecting a population of over 1.5 million people.•Provided leadership and oversight to a team of 15 trainers / certifiers with the task of driving Fire and Emergency Services Management training production. Established a streamlined certification process for 210 personnel, encompassing 2.4K tasks across 36 career development courses and achieving a 96% course success rate.•Proactively secured $400K for asset maintenance and repair and actively managed 5 live fire training assets across 3 locations. These assets enabled the critical skill development for 8 major response agencies and enhanced readiness for $2B in infrastructure.•Responsible for collaborating with the Air force Civil Engineer Center and 3 Base Training Managers to streamline 533 upgrade tasks across 36 career development courses designed to ensure the readiness of 215 Air Force personnel. •Serving as the SME on the organizations inspection team, conducted 5 joint base level evaluations and directed a Force Protection Condition (FPCON) active shooter exercise that implemented the Rescue Task Force initiative. •Mentor and coach AAU Track & Field youth, promoting healthy lifestyles and training regimens that have developed 7 National Champions, 33 All-Americans, and 27 Top-3 medalists.
