His passion to share his knowledge on fitness training and approachable character has made him the person to consult if anyone got any problem on physical training.One of the highlights during his stint in SOTC was his role as a Cadre member for Police Tactical Course 02/2014 and 01/2015. He has shown great leadership and problem solving ability to deal with the tasks given to him. In spite of the heavy workload given to him, he has never failed to deliver. He also has very good interpersonal skills that enable allow him to get his work done along with the team. From an operation perspective, he is also a water canon operator who is ready for deployment. Derrick is an obedient officer who is well liked by supervisors and takes pride in maintaining a high level of discipline.Derrick is an officer whose attitude, character, capabilities, conduct and integrity are exemplary. He is one of the most outstanding training assistant in the SOTC who had consistently maintained a remarkable standard of work performance and deserve all the due credits and recognition. He has displayed excellent work attitude and commitment to his work and organization is remarkable. Without any doubt, he has contributed greatly to the organization.
