Managed service delivery of all mechanical and electrical services for 11 large data across London for the Telecity Group. Enhanced visibility of all aspects of service delivery by replacing paper based systems and introducing a new CAFM management system. Moved all aspects of PPM and reactive works to an electronic hand held devices increasing client visibility of service delivery in real time.Introduced Electronic quotation system to improve process and client visibility of extra works resulting in 12% increase in revenue.Rebuilt management team to improve service delivery and client confidence, introducing a greater focus on Health and Safety management of engineering staff and subcontractors resulting in commendation for improvements in compliance.Increased Capital project revenue by 10% by promoting additional services provided by Norland and obtaining client buy in.

Managed the service delivery for JLL’s real estate and facilities management services for Nortel Networks in EMEA. Portfolio consisted of 1.7million sq. ft. of office, manufacturing, R&D and warehousing space. Shortly after joining Nortel Networks entered into chapter 11 which ultimately was unsuccessfulWorked with senior JLL management to mitigate the implications of clients chapter 11 filing. Designed 1day, 7 day and 30 day demobilisation plans to leverage administrators to release significant funds owed to JLL. Ultimately this resulted in JLL being the only creditor to be paid in full by the administrators.Negotiated with all subcontractors across EMEA during the chapter 11 process to ensure that services were maintained during.Managed the difficult process on keeping the JLL team motivated and focused on maintained delivery during a challenging period in their careers.

Lead technical review of real estate properties identified as potential new European Headquarters locations for Bloomberg in the city of London.  Led team reviewing power requirements, space planning, sustainability footprint, transport links, risk and threat profiles,  shipping and logistic systems, IT etc.

Lead team tasked with integrating Audio Visual systems into Bloomberg’s office space globally. Delivered integrated AV solutions into Bloomberg’s new Manhattan HQ building in 731 Lexington Avenue.Project encompassing 20 floors with a total spend of $150M inclusive of new state of a state of art multipurpose auditorium with broadcast quality services, 80 integrated VC suites, 1500 digital signage positions and a bespoke led signage package for the main reception area.Took solutions from New York and integrated them into new projects in Honk Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and Taiwan
