As the Director of Account Management, I have responsibility to lead a team of Account Executives to maintain and strengthen the relationships with ReedGroup clients. This includes formulating and executing book of business growth strategies; driving and executing cross-functional programs and initiatives; and, acting as the focal point of escalation and guidance for complex client matters.

Responsible for ensuring client's absence management needs are addressed in accordance with business strategies and federal/state legislation.
