Led the capture of a Missile Defense acquisition valued at more than $1B from target refinement to proposal submission. Graduated from Northrop Grumman Mission System’s 1st Capture Management Academy cohort (1 yr+ long program).

Managed all aspects of the Research and Development activities at Northrop Grumman's Missile Defense Division. Oversaw the operations of 6+ different IRADS ranging from missile, sensors and BMC2 systems simulations and service oriented architecture (SOA) to high performance computing tools and processes.

Led process improvement initiatives following the DMAIC and DFSS methodologies. Assisted in the selection of process improvement projects that support the organization’s strategic business objectives.

Managed the daily operations of the Japan Defense Simulation System (JDSS), which integrates COTS and GOTS products into an end-to-end wargame simulation for the Japan MoD (Air, Ground and Maritime).Negotiated a new contract with the Japanese prime contractor from a FFP with warranty period to a T&M, Value Earned managed program. Also negotiated a reduction of warranty liability of over $300K.

Led the Raytheon System Engineering team for the Theater Precision Strike Operations (TPSO) Advance Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD). The main C4ISR system is known as the Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (ADOCS).Participated as member of the Data Integrated Product Team (IPT) for the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), maintaining the Data Support System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Client Data Manager SRS and transforming AFATDS system level requirements for use by software development engineers.
