I engage with customers during all stages of a project, from initial inquiry through quoting/tendering, generating orders, scheduling jobs, sourcing and purchasing relevant stocks/materials, liaising with data team and production department regarding delivery deadlines and maintaining regular communication with clients until jobs are completed and ready for delivery. I work with an MIS system to monitor progress of all jobs running through the factory at any given time and ensure customer requirements are met. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel, which I use on a daily basis to generate reports.

I was engaged in all aspects of production during this time, including estimating, docket generation, customer service, purchasing of materials, outsourcing work, scheduling machines and staff for both a busy print floor and two large binderies in order to meet rigorous deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Served as first junior then senior Estimator for busy lithographic print company, duties extended to purchasing, outsourcing, customer service and administration of all orders.

Was engaged in data entry and analysis as well as report compiling for busy healthcare plant. Working with excel mainly.
