CurrentAs companies begin to develop and execute Revenue Lifecycle transformations, my role is to lead the transformation roadmapping process and strategy development for our Global and Strategic accounts. As part of the process, we advise regarding solution set, use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), phasing, the development of measurable KPI’s tied to the desired business outcomes, and quantification of the value drivers to build a business case to warrant the investment in transformation of the business. This role also leverages my extensive knowledge and experience working with large organizations to improve their pricing execution to drive more profitable results via their commercial processes.
