I hold a BA in Economics and Political Science with honors and later earned an MBA in Finance from Gonzaga University. Over the course of 15 years, I've gained significant expertise, successfully completing over 300 transactions totaling more than $300 million in volume. This experience has allowed me to develop the ability to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities. In recognition of my accomplishments, I've earned prestigious industry designations such as CCIM and SIOR, signifying my commitment to excellence in commercial real estate. My journey in the real estate field began as a sales agent, where I collaborated with diverse clients on commercial property transactions. I rapidly advanced through the ranks, ultimately becoming a broker. In 2011, I embarked on a mission to establish StrickerCRE, driven by the aspiration to create a full-service real estate company delivering comprehensive and personalized services. Since its beginning, StrickerCRE has experienced remarkable growth, and expanded its offerings to include property management, development, and investment. Beyond my work at StrickerCRE, I'm actively engaged in various philanthropic and community initiatives. I firmly believe in giving back to the communities in which I operate. As a husband and father of two, my journey in the commercial real estate industry has been marked by commitment to my family while achieving professional goals and making a positive impact on the communities that I serve.
