As a leader in the Credit Origination and Monitoring team, I ensure a very conducive working environment for the team, to catalyse building a robust asset portfolio by properly structuring both commercial & corporate Credit transactions with appropriate risk mitigants for the approver's consideration and finally monitor the portfolio to ensure asset quality in the long term.

I worked under a contract with the Receiver (PWC, Vish Ashiagbor) to Consult under the receivership project of Heritage Bank Limited on all Credit Risk Related Transaction

I was instrumental with the establishment of the Credit Risk department by putting in place policies and procedures. I was in charge of ensuring credits are structured, disbursed, administered and reported in line with the bank's Risk Acceptance Criteria (RAC), policies, laws and regulations.

I started off in 2010 as a Junior Credit Analyst, rose to the rank of Senior Credit Analyst and an Ag.
