I am currently working in a Manufacturing environment applying engineering principles and practices to develop inspection, assembly, disassembly processes, and part recovery from returned equipment. • Worked with team to transform Emergency Order part request from a MS Excel based to a web-based application. New process resulted in 600K cost avoidance to the company.• Produced processes for refurbished printers that saved the company $500K• Created automated build process in the desk top printer group.• Promoted culture of integrating IT services into business functions, increasing the use of dashboards, data connections, and power pivot tables to manage the data capture, analysis and use of data.• Created Process Feedback System (PFS) that gave the industrial work force a voice. System provided real time notice of required process or safety changes. PFS is visible from the Operator on the plant floor to the Site Manager.
