I am a self driven UI/UX designer with a background in graphic design that specializes in grid based layouts, typography and rapid prototyping. I participated in full life cycle developments of multiple products from small start up products to large cooperation products. I am familiar with every step from preproduction through ideation to prototyping; meetings with stake holders; Geobeta to world wide launch and from live support to even sunsetting products.As a senior UI/UX designer, I coached and mentored new team members and less experienced team members. I would create detailed style and process guides, then work with them with real tasks that are at first easy, then very difficult. Trial and error is a very good learning system. I would touch base with them and my leads often, to make sure everyone is aware of everyone's progress. I pride myself on being detail-oriented, organized and very responsible. My strengths can be demonstrated in some of my key achievements. I am always on top of the schedule and proficient at delivering high caliber work through iterative design, solid implementation, and interaction with the team.I am excited to work with people from cross disciplines and to take on greater challenges. I don't believe that any one is a single person team. I love fast pace work environments and I believe that the right environment can foster the opportunity for me to become an even better designer.
