My goal as an Adjunct Professor is to provide a unique yet relatable learning experience which combines foundational learning practice with innovative approaches in instruction. I use my educational experience combined with my current experience as a startup founder, young philanthropist and instructional designer to bring students perspectives that they can understand and learn from.Courses: Entrepreneurship: Provide students with the opportunity to explore their entrepreneurial potential. Coursework critiquesthe demanding environment that someone starting a new venture encounters, and encourages students to think and perform in entrepreneurial terms mixing theory with practice. Students are challenged to apply principles, concepts, and framework to real-world situations. Course is appropriate for anyone considering opening their own business.Social Media Marketing:This course examines social media and how it has revolutionized marketing practices and society on a whole. It considers how businesses and consumers are using popular platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Snap Chat, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn as well as blogs, online communities, and other technologies. Through case studies, discussions, and readings and hands on use and integration, it examines the latest strategies for employing social media to monitor and engage consumers and requires students to apply these strategies in immersive projects.Intro to Business Technology:A comprehensive, hands-on introduction to industry-standard Microsoft application software for developing electronic spreadsheets, database, reports, graphics and presentations. Merging the gap between "conventional" and "new age" technology as it relates to business today. Designed specifically for non-computer majors, the course provides an overview of computer and mobile operations, terminology, and the usage of applications software to solve problems, make decisions and present information.
