Living in Sarasota, he often spends time with his Realtor girlfriend and teenage son, who all live in the area. When Derrick isn’t focusing on real estate, he is outdoors playing tennis or pickleball, enjoying sports or fishing, going to the beach or working out, getting involved in community activities and doing videography.
