Oversaw the deveopment of the Myhome brand into a viable franchise operation with pro-active, structured support processes for the franchisees. Helped integrate the various additional franchised business acquisitions made during this period into the newly emerging franchise operational structure.

ODC operate the two franchised brands Kall Kwik & Prontaprint.Responsible for franchise recruitment and franchise resales across both brands working with a team of seven direct reports and working closely with the MD's and operation personnel of the two individual brands.We integrated two companies operating systems into a highly effective sales function and perfected best practice for creating and managing the resales of existing franchisees businesses thereby creating for them a full life cycle from recruitment through to exit.
