I love solving problems. Like the Rubik’s cube, problems come from all angles and so do the solutions. Having had the opportunity to hold executive positions throughout my career in the gaming industry, I had the privilege to operate across functional lines to identify internal and external problems and provide solutions to them. To accomplish this, I focus on building awesome teams, setting goals, and tracking key milestones.I build, lead and grow awesome teams of 5 to more than 100 people.
