I am the Global Site Training Systems Expert for Mars Global Supply College. My work is heavily centered around the development of job analysis and creation of training plans and materials throughout our business using the Role Profiling program that I developed using a combination of DACUM and international job mapping practices. I work with our associates to ensure that all Mars MSE E&T (TPM) processes are being utilized appropriately and to established standards in relation to assigned projects and various workstreams. I coordinate trainings with global and site SMEs, Regional Coaches, support capability building within site program facilitators, and work with external vendors to ensure we are developing effective, standardized, and efficient processes to better build our Associates' skill sets. Additionally, I am a Level 3 Certified DACUM Facilitator with qualifications out of The Ohio State University and have been working in this field for the last 7 years.
