Over 28 years of progressive experience managing petroleum and water transportation and logistics activities in the government sector to include all levels up to the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense, The Pentagon. Managed revenue to over $60M in a year. Provided customer service to government customers through an innovative customer support center. Provided leadership for the strategic planning of an Army major operating command (impacted 45 locations and 25000 personnel) and an Army specialty area (200 locations and 35000 personnel) that considered and implemented process reengineering, outsourcing of activities and major realignments of resources.
