I started working for Headquarters Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) as Crisis Operations Director in 2017. I directed employees of the Executive Director of Operations, leading to the sustainment capability support at strategic/operational levels affecting sustainment support across the Department of Defense and non-governmental entities. I report daily progress to Senior Executives of DLA, a 25,000 employee LogisticsEnterprise and to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) for further consideration.My key achievements during this job are listed below:✪ Performed duties of Executive Director for Operations to guarantee continuous support to the Department of Defense and non-governmental entities.✪ Supported the Federal Emergency Management Agency during Hurricane Recoveryin Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico by coordinating and harmonizing functions ofmultiple supply chains resulting in the delivery of 88.1M meals, 4.3M gallons of fuel,300K gallons of water, 41K power poles, 1,265 generators, and 738 lines ofpharmaceuticals totaling $1.15B in support of the residents of Texas, Florida andPuerto Rico.

I headed and deployed team of 180 soldiers and civilians orchestrating tactical to strategic level logistics and sustainment through integrated distribution management center supporting combat operations in Afghanistan. I leveraged strategic planning, resource allocation, supply chain management, and performance assessment for materiel management sustainment and service readiness to support all supply chain and sustainment matters supporting customers in the Middle East.My key achievement:✪ Strategized and synchronized 1500+ support missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), provided 350,000 tons of class I (food), 150 million gallons of class III (fuel) to 60,000 U.S and Coalition Forces.

Executive Level leader and trainer responsible for a 1,100 personnel and over 1,000 pieces of equipment. I Initiated FT Bliss’s training and range modernization program to acquire furniture and vehicles to add hyper-realism to Fort Bliss’ 12 new urban training complexes. I formulated logistics capability by integrating 1,000+ soldiers into new unit, occupying completely new facilities, establishing supply support activity to assist organization and supervise 100s of mew equipment fielding. I built and implemented cross functional team to receive, store, and issue furniture and vehicles. I conducted trainings for eight organizations, consisting of 1,142 soldiers and over 1,000 vehicles, trailers and other equipment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.My key achievement during this job are:✪ Secured $2.8M in revenue by employing knowledge of Army logistics systems to enable FT Bliss to receive over 2,100 pieces of furniture and 73 operational vehicles at zero cost.✪ Launched sustainment plans for vehicles at no contracting cost, as well as achieved all goals within schedule and under budget.✪ Directed operations regarding supply, distribution, heavy, light, missile, and medical equipment maintenance and health support to over 3,800 soldiers and equipment.
