Current- Oversee and manage full cycle recruiting processes for various departments and functions. Including, but not limited to sourcing, intake meetings, resume review, phone screens, structured interviews, reference checks.
- Provide a Value-add experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in making Xome a company of choice for exceptional talent
- Ensure job seekers have relevant knowledge, skills and experience to increase the desire to be part of the Xome culture.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and people to find top talent for open positions.
- Develop recruitment and sourcing strategies to implement initiatives in order to attract top talent while maintaining and building a network of talent for current and future opportunities.
