Mollenhauer Group were an American Geomatics company, and I worked with the UK Directors to expand their client base. The UK team were all made redundant and we set up a new company.

I was responsible for promoting all the software within the MBS portfolio and developing the "Bureau Service" side of the business, organising surveys, liaising with the in-house team to build 3D models and carry out Rights of Light Technical Analysis.I worked closely with Rights of Light Surveyors, Developers, Planners, Architects and Surveyors.

I was headhunted by the Chairman of Technics Group to promote the brand and to develop all aspects of Business Development.

I was responsible for both Business Development and Marketing for a 70-strong award-winning Consulting Engineering partnership.

Plowman Craven was one of the largest and most respected measurement surveying consultancies based in the UK. At the same time concentrating on developing relationships with Police Authorities throughout the UK, admittedly with a lot of success.Whilst running this Department I successfully managed to create a new vertical market, "surveying for the film industry", projects included James Bond "Die Another Day", a number of Harry Potter productions and lots more.Due to my personality and success of creating new markets, I was asked by the Directors at Plowman Craven to help grow the business and to promote its brand. Having created two new vertical markets, I proactively promoted existing markets and services.I redesigned and created new websites, created entertainment portals and feedback websites to help improve the delivery of services. This small team specialised in the creation of Computer Generated 3D Models for the reconstruction of major crime scenes, disasters and assisting in proactive police operations.
