• The IT Sustainment Manager for the Child Care Records Management System (CCRMS) increasing the efficiency of the CCRMS in providing a mechanism for on-line application processing for over 2,633 active participants and processing over an estimated 16,500 subsidy benefit payments nationwide by the end of Fiscal Year 2021.• In October 2020 a Network and Security Operations Center Database Scan Report for the CCRMS was completed, and there were no findings reported as Critical or High Risk. The evaluation by support staff indicated findings were not applicable as not needing remediated or required for application or user, not commended and by Microsoft to modify, or not a finding for CCRMS since a shared server.• The Online Draft Response of the Authorizing Official System Briefing for the CCRMS was submitted April 2019 to populate the online submission and CCRMS was granted a Full Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditation during the ATO Decision Meeting. The Deputy Assistant Secretary, Development and Operations, was briefed no critical or high vulnerabilities identified in scans completed for the CCRM System.• In 2018 over fifty (50) new Application, Database, and Web Windows and Linux Virtual Servers were successfully provisioned with Build and Modify Change Orders for standard and non-standard servers required in Development, Test, Pre-Production, and Production Environments at the Austin Information Technology Center (AITC) for the Centralized Accounts Receivable/Centralized Accounts Receivable Online System supporting the Debt Management Center for projects and Service Level Agreement Modifications.
