As a Staff to Director at PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera, I support the Director in managing the strategic and operational aspects of the company, which is a subsidiary of PT Krakatau Steel, the largest steel producer in Indonesia.In my current role, I leverage my Master of Defence degree and my expertise in total war strategy to assist the Director in developing and implementing the company's vision, mission, and goals, as well as overseeing the security and risk management of the company's assets and operations. I also utilize my skills in community development, leadership, and resource management to coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including the employees, the management, the media, and the public. I am responsible for creating and distributing internal and external media content, such as press releases, newsletters, i-news, and in-house magazines, to inform, educate, and inspire the audience. I am proud to be part of a team that delivers high-quality and reliable services to the customers and contributes to the national development and security.
