Currently, an undergraduate student at McMaster University pursuing a degree in Environment and Society to gain a teachable subject to focus on when I teach Elementary school students. With my experience working in customer service, I have learned to work with people of different ages and personalities. My job as a customer service representative consisted of solving technical problems, addressing customer/online order issues over the phone and in person, and utilizing outstanding communication and leadership skills to ensure efficiency in all of my tasks and ultimate customer satisfaction. I have a passion for helping people, I love the feeling of accomplishment after finishing a task and am very detail-oriented when completing said tasks. I take the initiative whenever I see a leadership position open up, as a result of this, I have been running a kid's workshop at my current workplace; The Home Depot, for the past five months. During these workshops, children receive a kit with all the parts they need to create the toy for that workshop and I provide the tools, creative work environment, and assistance they may need to complete their projects. As mentioned before, I am very passionate and take up any opportunity to work with people.
