-Global Supply Chain & Operations Management Intern

In my internship in Nestle, Karacabey factory, I was assigned to the production of chocolate department. I have attented the Project which was about the minimizing loses in whole chocolate department during my intern. In this Project, the first aim was finding out the sources of loses and generating possible and feasible solutions for the problems. The second step was applying the solutions in chocolate production system to extinguish loses and observing them how they were successful. After the observations, fibal step was considering about improvement in solutions and reporting this to operations department.

İSKİ is a company that has waste water treatment facility and is linked to the government. During this internship I have developed my skills about controlling the whole process and get more informed about organic chemistry, separation methods and recycling systems.
