*Contacting with OEM and A/M customers to arrange production planning and shipment schedule*Extracting EDI files and transferring to IFS system*Entering manuel orders to the IFS system*Following production and making shipment schedule*Following critical or not prepared parts *Controlling warehouse operators *Ensuring the system and 5S in warehouse*Preparing lay-outs and making necessary changes about warehouse*Making reports in yearly counting activities, being responsible from warehouses at the time of counting*Counting inventory stocks in system and correcting wrong records*Controlling dead stocks and reporting to the management*Learning customer required web applications, following and giving educations *Following monthly shipment performances of customers

Communicating with FORD SOUTHAMPTON, FORD WERKE, RENAULT FRANCE, SLOVENIA,VISTEON FRANCE, ENGLAND, MEKSİCO, ARJANTINA and planning their shipments, giving data for production of orders to the related person Planning shipment by controlling production, Follow up numbers and invoices of special containers belonging to customers
