I was recruited to deliver and implement the Fraud culture, its business processes, compliance to regulations and adapted the strategy to Risk Management by building the Fraud Department at Tanı.Commercialized the Fraud business processes for Tanı & to external clients for different industries by providing Consultancy services, optimization of processes, integrating business processes through automation for compliance and Fraud transactions to improve the revenue base of Tanı and its Clients.Information Security policies were defined and rolled out whilst creating awareness within the organization. Prevention mechanisms through alarm and monitoring systems supported the data related miss usages with in the organizational boundaries. Executed Artificial Intelligence Integrated Fraud projects to support the advanced process of real time fraud management and developed the process of self-learning fraud management processes which brought success and additional business value to customer and Tanı business.
