My current position in Alacer Gold Corp. POX based gold mine in Erzincan, I am;• Responsible for effective operation of process control system in order to have stable and safety process operation.• Seeking for new and modern process control systems and philosophies in the world. Evaluate their applicability to our process and preparing reports.• Develop and apply statistical process control methods for analyzing process parameters such as alarms, PID loop performance, consumption of raw materials, production performance and any process values etc • Supports any teamwork that builder in the factory for the problems that effect production badly especially for bottlenecks and high cost operations• Develops projects to optimize process parameters. Prepare and gives reports for those projects to automation chief.• Daily investigation of alarm data and give actions to related departments. Prepare reports about alarm management.• Analyzing and optimizing PID loop performance with fine tuning.

Sistemas is a company which designs and installs chemical plants on turn-key basis. Evaporation and crystallisation plants, zero liquid discharge plants, fertilizer production plants, Chlor-alkali plants, distillation systems, salt washing plants are among the fields it is specialised in. It further performs the designing and manufacturing of equipment such as reactors, distillation columns, heat exchangers, driers and the like for chemical plants.

For last one year i work as an technical advisor in Kaveh Glass Industry Group’s Soda Ash factory. I assists company about process parameters, control logic, workforce development and equipments. Total production is increased by 25% and raw meterial usage is decreased..

In my current position I am responsible for; - Analyzing process parameters to optimize process steps,- Making leadership for projects about new products and new technologies,- Preparing feasibilities of greenfield and brownfield projects,- Professional development of new recruit engineers,- Developing and implementation of new methods for online process control systems, - Design and simulation of new and existing proseses by ASPEN tool

In our factory, light soda ash, dense soda ash and sodium bicarbonate are produced with annual capacity of 1.300.000 tones. In this period, I was working as production engineer in one of the main sections (Wet Section) of Synthetic Soda Ash production (Ammonia-Soda) process. In our section, our team has 1 chief engineer, 2 engineer, 5 technicians and 75 workers. We are responsible for; - Continuously producing raw sodium bicarbonate with maximum efficiency and full capacity, - Minimizing raw material (ammonia, brine water, anthracite coal, lime stone) and utility (steam, electricity, water) consumptions by analyzing and optimizing process parameters, - Maintenance and improvement of DCS (Honeywell), - Preparing projects for optimal capacity expansions, -The Maintenance , installation, control and efficiencies of, + 7 distillation system each with; *1 packed column with 37 meters height, 3,6 meters in diameter , *1 bubble capped column with 28 meters height, 3,6 meters in diameter, *1 CSTR tank with 20 meters height, 5,6 meters in diameter *1 Flash tank * 2 gas-water plate type heat exchangers + 5 packed Absorption column with 30 meters height and 3 meters with liquid-liquid heat exchangers + 21 tray type carbonation column with 28 meter height, 3 meters diameter + 4 belt filter each with 100 m^2 filtration area, + 10 vacuum pumps, + 3 thickener for waste management with 2000 m^3/hour total capacity. + Gas washers, pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, conveyors, etc.
