He has a degree in Electronic Engineering and Control Systems.After leaving college, he spent two years developing vhf and uhf transmission amplifiers and switched-mode power supplies. He then worked for Marconi Avionics for two years, working on the Lynx helicopter electronic systems.After a career with Agfa Gevaert as an engineering manager involved with archiving and retrieval of computer-generated imagery, Deryck left to establish Webskills UK in 1996. Webskills UK were web developers involved in the business application of the Internet. They have developed and own the Top-Content CMS ( content management system) and many other innovative products and services.Webskills and 4Action were leaders in the area of online marketing.
