He then worked for Marconi Avionics for two years, working on the Lynx helicopter electronic systems.After a career with Agfa Gevaert as an engineering manager involved with archiving and retrieval of computer-generated imagery, Deryck left to establish Webskills UK in 1996. Webskills UK were web developers involved in the business application of the Internet.
