1. Driving Visual Merchandising Excellence - Work closely with HQ/APAC VM team and buying team to develop and drive from seasonal to weekly VM strategies aligning retail & brand priorities. - Support new & remodeling store opening. - 30% on visual execution, 20% on concept development, 10% on communication and report, 40% on visual coaching.2. Managing, Coaching & Developing Teams of VM and Operation Managers to Achieve Performance Expectation - Manage and coach teams from over 50 stores to deliver key initiatives to owned stores within guidelines. - Organize seasonal/weekly workshops and tracking system & consistent communication to evaluate field brand presentation capability. 3. Windows Presentation - Maintain effective communication with visual, technical, maintenance and retails teams in/from China, APAC & HQ. - Good skill sets for detailed documentation & photographic reports for all window, visual setups.
