• When Intel-Assess was acquired, I successfully lead the effort to settle our team within a large corporation, which involved technical integrations, process modifications, and establishing a vision for future.
• After several promotions, I was responsible for managing all of Amplify's assessment product development teams, a globally distributed staff of over a hundred employees.
