Deryl is a facilitator, trainer and consultant. She works independently and as an associate for a number of great organisations. Deryl brings considerable experience in developing leaders and managers and in workplace well-being and mental health. She has designed and delivered programmes for UK Government departments, the NHS, Local Authorities, a range of voluntary sector clients and for clients in the corporate sector including Airbus. In addition to working throughout the UK, Deryl works internationally, delivering programmes in France, Belguim, India, China and Singapore. Deryl has also held a number of leadership positions herself; including ten years as the Wales director of the FPA. (formerly Family Planning Association)Deryl has an MSc in Mindfulness Based Approaches and the application of these approaches provides a foundation for all aspects of her work.Deryl works with sensitivity to support the development of individuals, teams & organisations, focusing on self-awareness & inter-personal skills including; management and leadership, team development, coaching, supervision and group facilitation. Her general approach can be described as inclusive, enthusiastic and innovative. With a background in drama and theatre, creative ideas are applied to all aspects of design and delivery.
