After ETMS sold to The Carbonite Group in 2024, I’m continuing my roles from ETMS with CTS

‘A man of many hats’ Along with the usual event traffic management, I’ll be wearing the following hats:-Project managing -Social media manager-Business development -Training and development -Marketing and recruitment adverts-Assisting recruitment -Technical support-Odd job / HandymanMost of my work will remain the same, operating closely with regular clients ensuring the same service they’ve received will continue. While my admin roles will see me working on improving the new arms coming through the recruitment programme, ensuring the training they receive is fit for purpose before putting them through their legally required Streetworks qualifications and then supporting them onsite as they find their feet.

Working as a Supervisor / Manager at Wireless Crystal Palace, Wireless Finsbury Park, Tobacco Dock for WASD, OuterNet Event space for multiple commercial release parties, Somerset House for mulitple events such as Skate, Photo London and various art installations. Not diverting from my original bread and butter, RHS Chelsea, Hampton and Tatton.I led my first RHS show at the Tatton Park Flower Show, showing my worth and jumping into Wireless at Crystal Palace for Festival Republics first visit to Crystal Palace Park. I earned my stripes with this show and with the industry. Later becoming Operations Manager

Learning the ropes as a traffic marshal, I roamed around with the ETMS team at the RHS shows, such as Chelsea flower show, Hampton Court Palace flower festival, Tatton park flower festival and Chatsworth House flower show.During this period I played my part in the extensive build and break of the events world. I quickly collected my badges as a Traffic Marshal, Crossing Marshal, Taxi Marshal and even helped within the Customer Service requirements with the high volume of visitors attending the shows via coaches.
