Project Coordinator
CurrentOversees the beginning phase of contracted projects to ensure accuracy in the processes of sales, design, and production. This position will work with internal staff to conduct all Prebid audits, ensure proper pricing on contracted projects, and strategize the project plan through production. Create specifications for each project, working closely with sales, adjust as needed. Review plans and specifications with sales staff before presentation to clients. Review design POs with both sales and the Project Manager. Review pre-bid project audits with both sales and the Project ManagerPrepare and issue purchase orders for design with supporting documentation. Review and acts on color selections, design approval, and utility location submittals from initial submission. Red line plans for conformance to the spec sheet, purchasing, and factory standards prior to submittals. Identify RFI needs per project; prepare and act on RFI’s from initial submission. Act as a resource to the factory and design teams for installation and product specification information. Issuing appropriate notices to proceed at various stages of production as timing and status designates. Participate in production and plan review meetings. Tracks and communicates the Unique Installations List with purchasing, design, and the factory.
