• Field measure, design from P&IDs & drew up isometric for the oil free air system on the Intel IR5 project which consisted of all high purity orbital welded pipe work.• Set out the positioning of all the equipment associated with the OFA system and supervised all pipe work installations associated.• Acted as supervisor of an Intel Fab 10 project involving hydrostatic & pneumatic pressure testing. This consisted of a substantial amount of testing taking place within a clean room environment adhering to all strict protocols and procedures as directed.• Also supervised a key project within a Fab 14 clean room environment involving the hook up of a number of tools.• Other duties completed include assembling and securing pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications and technical drawings. Also Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipe lines, using various equipment, observation and other methods. • Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety regulations, procedures and processes to ensure a safe working environment is maintained for all involved.

Supervisor/Fitter (May 00’ – Mar 03’) Core Responsibilities:• Worked as a Supervisor and Fitter on multiple projects for clients including Sheering Plough, Castlebar Hospital, Bristol Myer Squibb and Intel. Supervised projects involving the installation of stainless steel, PVC, PFA, galvanised and stainless ducting on 70 tools in clean room conditions. Also oversaw the installation of stainless and carbon piping and the prefabrication of carbon and syltherm piping. • Worked from technical drawings and performed duties including welding, fabrication and installation of systems. Liaised with the team on a daily basis to plan and organize jobs. Solved all issues as they arose through various investigative, troubleshooting and problem solving methods.• Responsible for all Health & Safety associated with the job. Ensured all process were adhered to strictly to ensure a safe working environment.Foreman (Mar 03’ – Jun 05’)Core Responsibilities:• Acted as Site Foreman on projects based in Eli Lilly & Pfizer in Cork & UCHG Galway. Acted as Supervisor over two teams carrying out fabrication, installation, pressure testing, reinstating and commissioning and sign off of systems.• Attended daily and weekly meetings providing progress and safety reports to the client as required.• Also involved in a major refurbishment of a large Pharmaceutical production plant and the fabrication of a new plant on site. Completed Induction and ongoing training of apprentices including preparation and sign off of training files as per due process.
