Engineering Module Team Leader for 14+ Engineers starting up and sustaining a new tool platform for the technology in Ireland.

Promoted to Senior Staff Engineer and assigned as Engineering Group leader for a team of 10+ Engineers whiles based in Phoenix. Leading a team of Engineers and Technicians on Tool Qual and Area Readiness activity in preparation for Intels new leading edge technology.

Staff Engineer working on transfer of leading edge technology for critical technology module at a new site. Responsible for the transfer and overall health of the toolset during transfer and ramp of intel leading edge technology. As a seed engineer responsible for taking all knowledge gained at Development site and transferring to Engineering Team.

Joined F24 12inch facility as Module Staff Engineer worked as tool owner for several toolsets and ran integrated defect team and multiple task forces focused on resolving module issues.

Promoted to Staff Engineer, working on 8 inch fab technology focused on critical module issues, yield enhancement to Flash Technology and managing the Engineering Silicon allocation for factory.

Promoted to Individual Contributor having seeded in California 2002 on Flash technology. As a module rep brough technology back to Ireland and started up flash in the module. Chaired cross functional team made up of multiple departments focused on inline product health.

Working as a Process Engineer in 4/6/8 inch semiconductor foundry, working in wet and dry etch with responsibility for post clean inline inspections. Worked on SMS wetbenches, Semitool SST's and benches Tegal and Branson Dry etch tools. Responsible for sustaining, recipe and process development . Wet Etch Transfer owner for ST 0.5 micron process transfer.
