For some reason (no fault of mine), I end up anchored to the General Managers seat.My Mother used to say that I was fascinated with work, and could watch other people do it for hours! I think she meant that I was always trying to encourage efficiency, and enjoyed the pursuit of less work for more results.I am constantly given big projects, such as COR, or ISO 9001 certification, but feel I am best when organizing and getting the pegs in the proper holes. The trick is to continually educate yourself to be an effective support unit, and to always be ready to discuss the Lord of the Rings.
