During my tenure, I was responsible for the successful integration of these businesses. In addition, I led an overhaul and the relaunch of the GTM for the business. In this role, I led Microsoft’s Specialist Sales Teams Unit for Ireland. This team of technical sales specialists and solution sales professionals worked with customers and partners to understand their key challenges, and apply technology solutions that empowered them to digitally transform and stay relevant within a rapidly changing technological landscape. My teams specialised in Microsoft’s core Cloud Solutions which included: Applications and Infrastructure (Azure Infrastructure and DevOps), Modern Workplace (Productivity & Collaboration), Security, Business Applications (CRM and F&O) and Data and Artificial Intelligence.In addition, I ran Microsoft’s Customer Success Unit in Ireland for twelve months in 2020. This team focused on ensuring our customers achieved their desired outcomes by leveraging Microsoft technologies. This team was deeply technical and engaged with customers’ technical teams on an architectural and project oversight basis. I also oversaw the Microsoft Technology Centre in Dublin. This facility is used to deliver C-Level immersive industry experiences and deep technical engagement focused on business outcomes.I was a member of Microsoft Ireland’s Senior Leadership Team and held commercial responsibility for driving new business and solution sales growth as well as consumption of our cloud technologies. In addition, I was the lead and public spokesman for Microsoft Ireland on Cyber Security.In my final year in this role, we were delighted to be named Microsoft Global Subsidiary of the Year.

As Director of Business Units I was a member of the NTT Australian (Dimension Data) Executive Committee and was responsible for the definition and execution of NTT (Dimension Data's) Go-To-Market strategy in the Australian region. I led technical teams that are focused on Digital Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, Workspaces for Tomorrow, Application Development, IoT and Cybersecurity.As Director of Business Units I was senior leader to a large team of technical staff who deliver a full lifecycle of IT Services including Pre Sales, Consulting, Professional Services, Managed Services and IT Outsourcing Services. In addition, I was responsible for the establishment and management of all of NTT (Dimension Data's) vendor and partner alliances in region. This included managing relationships with the likes of Cisco, Microsoft, EMC, NetApp, Check Point Palo Alto, Apple, AWS, Genesys and Nice.

The Regional Director at NTT (Dimension Data) is the Managing Director for the business in a geographic region. In this role I was accountable for all facets of the business in New South Wales.- Sales Management- Consulting and Solution Development- Project Delivery (PMO)- Managed Services- People and Culture- Fiscal Performance.

SQL Services is an NTT owned, New Zealand based IT services firm. SQL Services provides Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Database Management services to clients globally. These services are primarily focused on supporting clients with the technologies of Microsoft, Oracle and Amazon Web Services.In this non-executive director capacity, I participated fully in advising and supporting the management of SQL Services.
