I have over 30 years experience in the ICT industry with 7+ years as a project manager, 1½ years in program coordination roles and 10+ years as a Business Analyst. The projects I have lead have ranged in size from a few team members to 15 and many involved overseeing third party service provider arrangements. These projects had budgets ranging from hundreds of thousands to more than $5 million. Most of my work has been in the government sector. I have extensive experience in business application development, beginning as a programmer and working my way through to project management and planning. I have also established and managed a number of outsourced arrangements with telecommunications and hosting service providers.
