I have 30 years experience of working in the nuclear industry in a range of roles including business, technical, operational and delivery roles. My experience ranges from direct contribution as a technical specialist, nuclear facility management, technical capability leadership and strategy, development of underpinning business processes and to my current role as Chief Nuclear Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role I am responsible for ensuring the company maintains priority and focus on Nuclear Safety and Security and providing Independent Assurance to the Executive and the Board.I am highly motivated with a proven track record in business, operational and project delivery and building and motivating high quality multi-disciplined teams which deliver to the highest standards.
