As Director of Product Management at HERE, my team is responsible for defining ‘what’ and ‘why’ of the Automotive Big Data business with over $60M in revenue. My team collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Go-To-Market, Development and Operations teams to execute plans to address the ‘how’.Communicate on a regular basis with Fortune 500 automotive ecosystem customers about their product needs and collaborating on how roadmap meets those needs. Identify and drive innovation that leverages our customer feedback, analytical assessment, industry trends and macro consumer trends. Developed product strategy in Automotive Cloud-based services, piloted and proved product viability and launched a comprehensive product offering.

On an expat assignment to Asia Pacific region. Chosen as the first member of the business unit in the region leading the charge for geographic expansion of the business into the Asia-Pacific region. Adapting the North American playbook, I successfully launched traffic data products in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand over a two-year period.Effectively managed numerous priorities during this Expat assignment, overseeing all aspects of the business including product management, local marketing and business development, sourcing/supplier management, quality and operations.Forged key partnerships in India, Thailand and Australia that helped advanced corporate objectives in these countries; developed local suppliers and negotiated contracts over $2M in value.Developed local pricing strategies for each country with cross-functional teams, helping to maximise business unit revenue and gain market share for overall HERE offering.
