Reported to AVP, Group Distribution; managed quoting, strategy and technology for Group Distribution. Centralized administrative functions from 15 regional offices into head office resulting in, increased productivity and reduced costs. Revamped external wholesaler territory assignment and planning. Developed annual strategic action plans for Group Benefits Distribution.

Reported to AVP, Group Distribution; Identified, business cased, piloted and implemented strategic technology solutions. Improved productivity of field staff through the introduction of paperless process. Expanded the user base of custom built CRM to over 1,500 users by expanding scope.
