Responsible for setting up Information security / Cyber security office at PepsiCo Hyderabad entity, while reporting into CISO’s office. Functions like Security Engineering (Core Security Engineering, Threat Detection, Security product engineering, Security Architecture, Cloud Security, EDR, DNS Security, EPP, Network Security) for IT/OT & IoT platforms, GRC & Third-party Security management.

 Responsible for driving IT strategy, leadership, IT Architecture, Governance, IT Security strategy & delivery and project delivery. Delivering end to end cloud solutions for business to drive value for business. Responsible for “Run” and “Change” functions for IT and Cyber Security functions. Responsible for evaluation and strategy of new emerging/disruptive technology based on the business needs. Overall responsible to manage outsourced partners and build strong governance and determine effective models for the organizations. Manage the complete network across 100+ locations with high availability. Responsible to regulation adherence – Ex.: PCI DSS / RBI / Data protection Act / ISO 27001 / NIST. Establish “Data Management” strategies based on the business requirements. Drive the “Secure Development” strategy based on the Agile / DevOps methodologies. Responsible to manage to Business Continuity strategy for the organization. Perform DR recovery exercise to test the capability and improve overall process. Drive effective and efficient IT Assessment process (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Network equipment etc.,) also manage the AMC for the complete IT asset inventory. Accountable for driving and managing Data Centre strategy for TVSCS. Overall responsible to for the following functions – Corporate IT, IT Service Desk, Network Voice & Data, Server & Desktop infrastructure, Mobility devices, Technology procurement, Cyber Security team & Cyber resiliency.

- Lead and provide oversight to security team engaging end-to-end projects delivery life cycle on security, risk and compliance matters across ANZ business units- Assess Go/No Go decision for technology projects based on quality and effectiveness of security requirements, security architecture design, threat modelling, controls and risk assessment. -Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and DevOps frameworks.-Represent Information security office in Architecture review meetings, risk review meetings, project gate meetings and provide consent on the solutions from risk prospective.-Provide support to risk managers to enable them complete the design requirements, design review, exposure and controls assessment process from Analyse to implement phases- Engage, assist and guide Project teams with the implementation and correct use of the Information • Support the Segment Advisory team to provide consistent, specialist information security and technology assurance expertise and resources to support the Technology Division stakeholders to: -Effectively manage risks related to third parties (Vendors). (Get involved during RFI/RFP process and determine the required contractual clauses to manage risk for the bank.-Build and manage strong working relationships with key Technology Division stakeholders and ensure own services/outputs are of a high standard and meet business requirements-Assist business to identify, manage and track technology risks associated with people, process and technology and/or systems in a consistent manner and on-going basis.- Periodic management reporting through established matrices and effective measurement of risk attributes to report risk trending and demonstrate compliance.- Identify areas of continuous improvement for the Secure Development processes
