Perform DR recovery exercise to test the capability and improve overall process. Drive effective and efficient IT Assessment process (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Network equipment etc.,) also manage the AMC for the complete IT asset inventory. Accountable for driving and managing Data Centre strategy for TVSCS. Overall responsible to for the following functions – Corporate IT, IT Service Desk, Network Voice & Data, Server & Desktop infrastructure, Mobility devices, Technology procurement, Cyber Security team & Cyber resiliency.

(Get involved during RFI/RFP process and determine the required contractual clauses to manage risk for the bank.-Build and manage strong working relationships with key Technology Division stakeholders and ensure own services/outputs are of a high standard and meet business requirements-Assist business to identify, manage and track technology risks associated with people, process and technology and/or systems in a consistent manner and on-going basis.- Periodic management reporting through established matrices and effective measurement of risk attributes to report risk trending and demonstrate compliance.- Identify areas of continuous improvement for the Secure Development processes
