As a HR Business Partner, I am responsible for the full employee experience at Wendy's. I currently serve as the HR Manager partnering with our Operations leaders responsible for Company restaurants in Columbus, Chicago, and Denver as well as with teams for our VP - Restaurant Services and VP - Culinary Innovation.
