The Network Troubleshooting Engineer is responsible for identifying and resolving network connectivity issues. This includes troubleshooting, first level support, and escalation of issues to the appropriate team.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve connectivity issues with customers and vendorsAct as liaison between customer and vendors, to ensure customer satisfaction is met and service level agreements are metProvide technical assistance to all levels of management in the companyInteract with vendors to address vendor issuesPerform root cause analysis on customer complaintsUpdate knowledge base articles related to network connectivityConduct training sessions for other members of the teamMaintain inventory of spare parts needed for daily maintenance tasksReview internal processes related to network troubleshooting and make recommendations for improvements.
