Main tasks:-Defining the QA strategy, planning, approach, and providing expertise for ensuring quality is baked in from the start.-Working closely with the DevOps team for ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and issue tracking.-Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identifying areas of improvement, using DevAzure. -Providing technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools, and Techniques across the teams, using TestProject.-Providing technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing.-Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing.-Keeping records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

Main tasks:- Test software developed by the company.- Test components of security, performances, and graphic presentation of data.- Check if testing is going hand in hand with the software development in all phases.- Develop manual and automatic test cases using TestProject, DevAzure- Prioritize testing activities.- Prepare the status report of testing activities.- Execute all the test cases and report bugs.

Main tasks:Implementation process : - Support throughout the implementation process.- Financial Data migration from other ERP Software.- Configurations.- Technical support.- Analyze customer requirements and help them to develop solutions.- Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem. Walk customers through the problem-solving process.Software Testing : - Test software developed by the company.- Test components of security, performances, and graphic presentation of data.- Check if testing is going hand in hand with the software development in all phases.- Develop manual test cases using YouTrack.- Prioritize testing activities.- Prepare the status report of testing activities.- Execute all the test cases and report bugs.

Main tasks:- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.- Replacing parts as required.- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.- Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.- Working continuously on a task until completion.- Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.- Testing and evaluating new technology.- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
